Having museum quality hand painted enamel plaques ( better quality than 19th century KPM porcelain plaques ) of important European landmarks with inscription. Exquisitely detailed and accurately depicted with polychrome enamels , all applied over a rich emerald green crystal glass . Provenance: private collection of a gentleman that included meissen porcelain dresden Luster Baccarat candleabra and Italian micro mosaic from the 18th century.
