Vintage Design
A 3 piece German Sterling Silver tea set by Otto Wolter (1875-1991), consisting of a teapot, milk jug and a sugar bowl with lid. The sugar bowl and milk jug are gold plated on the inside. The lids have a walnut round button with silver. A beautiful set with beautiful round lines and shape. Marked at the bottom with the hall marks of Otto Wolter Master sign, Sterling 925S and the German hall mark crescent and crown. Western Germany.
The measurement of the teapot is 14 cm high, 28 cm wide and 15 cm deep. The milk jug is 7 cm high, 16 cm wide and 11 cm deep. The sugar bowl is 7 cm high and 11 cm diagonal. The total weight is 1165 grams.
Otto Wolter (1875-1991), German silversmith was founded in 1875 and remained in the Wolter family until 1992. The company specialized in the production of silverware in various styles, as well as silver mountings for glassware and porcelain
