Ruscha ceramic wall plaque, 1960s, ceramic mushrooms
This is a magnificent room that comes from Germany.
Ruscha produced several parts representing mushrooms. This is one of a modernist style, brutalist in enameled ceramic.
The result is superb, the colors and the materials agree perfectly on this room.
This plaque will quickly find its place in an interior that likes design and authentic objects.
The plate is well preserved despite slight snags on the corners.
There is a lack of discreet enamel on one of the mushrooms, a defect which seems to be original, perhaps a small lack of cooking.
